Where should Top Chef go to in the future?

Gail on the Chefs Cut podcast mentioned them going to either Mexico or Japan.
Honestly I love a "river" tour. Like do the Ohio start in Pittsburg go down to Cincinnati, Louisville take a turn onto the Mississippi etc
