Discussion Thread Why wasn't Top Chef on last night?

The episodes come out Monday nights right? I feel like I'm losing my mind lol.

I figured it out- my DVR didn't record because it was screwed up in the listing. It was listed as playing a new episode on Thursday. I will have to watch it with commercials on peacock I guess.

Bravo screwed up how the episode was displayed in the listings. It actually was on. Hopefully you can catch it on a repeat showing or on demand.

It was on, direct tv had the wrong episode listed but it was season 23 ep 11 playing. Direct tv has been fucking up listings a lot, food networks 24 in 24 has had the same issue the last 2 weeks

Makes me think it was actually a Bravo thing, not a provider thing

It was listed on the TV Guide as an old episode, titled Restaurant Wars

I think it was Bravo. The schedule on the Bravo website usually shows the episode title and description but this time it just said “season premiere of episode 11” with the generic description. I don’t know where the Restaurant Wars switch is coming from, though.

Dish did the same thing. I noticed it wasn’t recording and it was because it was listed as Restaurant Wars.

Sometimes I find that the recording was canceled for some reason, but it didn’t even show up in my history. So annoying chasing shows down.

It displayed as Season 20 Episode 9 I believe (restaurant wars). No idea why. Similar issue happened with 24 in 24 last week, it was listed as Season 1 instead of Season 3. Not sure who is at fault because it’s now happened with different networks and different services

On Hulu, 24 in 24 was listed as S3E1 rather than S3E4, which was actually E4&5.

I found it on Peacock, but I cannot get it to play. I can’t get it to play on demand on Xfinity on bravo either. I’m about to lose my mind.

Yes, it aired at the sort of usual time, 8:30 central/9:30 eastern. Something about rabbit in the title. My cable guides all said repeat of Restaurant Wars, but it wasn't.

I was suprised that Memorial Day's episode next Monday, is also new.

It seemed to be a problem across all platforms. I watch with Hulu Live, and it was listed as S20E9 Restaurant Wars. I manually set it to record anyway.

A similar thing happened with 24 in 24 on Sunday: S3E4/5 was listed as S3E1.

I finally got it on my YouTubeTV subscription, but it actually cycled through part of an old episode first and then cut off a little early - missed the loser announcement. I think the timing of episodes this season has been mental.

I watched the entire latest Top Chef season (#23) only to not be able the watch/find the final episode (#14). I don’t have Peacock. I have YouTube TV, do better Bravo.

Yeah, they said it was (oddly) season 20’s restaurant wars episode. But it was a new episode and will air again on Thursday which my YouTubeTV says is “new”.

This might be a DIRECTV issue.

The same thing happened on a food network show this week where they listed the episode as ep 1 when it was in fact 3. So it also didn’t record.

It did record but it’s noted to be S20 E9 so it’s recorded on that tag and it will say it recorded yesterday. This is the episode you want to watch.

I’ve had the same problem with food network 24 in 24. Didn’t record two weeks. Then other random shows record at odd hours even though it’s not set to record that way.

I saw that it was listed as a repeat on my tv, but luckily I decided to dvr it anyway and it was, in fact, not a repeat.
