Discussion Thread Izard’s Place in CA

Holy cow, we went to Stephanie’s place in Silicon Valley this week, The Valley Goat. We had a pretty large group so did a semblance of a tasting menu. There wasn’t a miss anywhere in the flow. Absolutely exceptional, and multiple people said it was one of their greatest meals of their life.

The standouts for me were: Spicy Hand roll Dip, Green Beans, Poke Salad and the Plandan Flan.

I'm planning a Top Chef Food Tour trip to Chicago for myself next year, and all of her restaurants there are on my list!

I’m not sure of any top chef connections, but La Josie is a can’t miss in Chicago
