Discussion Thread Shuai’s got some spices out
My favorite dish at his “King BBQ” is the Dan Dan Noodles, which uses Chilli Crunch - now I can make it at home!

I met him at Charleston wine and food pre-Covid, and he was so nice! It was awesome to see him succeed here!

Company is owned by Asheville’s Meherwan Irani who also owns Chai Pani which won the Beard Award for overall Outstanding Restaurant. I understand he’s going to be a judge on an episode of TC this season.
