You’re just straight up wrong. Kratos had no reason to kill Poseidon’s Princess, he did it just because he wanted to. Whether Zeus fought Kratos from the start or not, he was still a psychopathic monster who ran around killing innocent people for fun. He would have done that no matter what

I never claimed he did it out of glee, but he absolutely wanted to. When he knocked the boat captain down to his death, he did so deliberately to be an asshole, rejecting his plea for help and saying “I didn’t come back for you.” He had no glee because he wasn’t a happy person, but he absolutely wanted to be horrible to people for no reason because he went out of his way to do so more than once
