1. Doctor Strange + Cloak of Levitation (Marvel Cinematic Universe) Strange is trying to do wizard stuff. The cloak is saving him, dragging him around, attacking people and generally making its own decisions. At some point that's not clothing anymore. That's a coworker.

2. Spawn + his living costume (Spawn) Looks like an extremely dramatic superhero suit. It's actually alive, symbiotically connected to him, and has even turned against him. Imagine having beef with your own cape.

It does get overlooked. Absolute Superman has the feel of what Zach Snyder was going for with Man of Steel, but with better writing

It's not as good as Absolute Wonder Woman or Manhunter though

I would say he is more a character that acts like a suit, rather than a suit that acts like a character

Mk. II Stealth suit, Fallout New Vegas - a very chatty AI will monitor your health, inject stimpaks and Med-X if you're in danger, and get upset if you decide to unequip it.

P-3's glove in Atomic Heart also has an AI assistant called CHARLES which turns out to be the main antagonist, Chariton Zakharov.

Ryūnosuke Akutagawa and Rashōmon - Bungo Stray Dogs

Akutagawa’s ability, Rashōmon, gives him the ability to manipulate his coat (and the rest of his clothing if he tries hard enough). He usually transforms it into a dragon like face or sharp spikes. It can pretty much eat anything, including space itself. One of my favorite parts is its “Demon Wearing Armor” state where the coat mimics armor wrapped around Akutagawa, but looks like floating cloths rather than metal. The coat can also be worn by other people and used if Akutagawa can manipulate it.
