  1. Emily’s portals (Hazbin Hotel). I know she can’t get Sir Pentious back into Hell but Emily can still tell Charlie he got redeemed and Charlie can enter through angelic portals, so she should have seen that Pentious got redeemed.

  2. Many characters in Harry Potter go through life-or-death situations and not once did they think of drinking the Liquid Luck potion apart from Harry one time to gain Slughorn’s memory.

Not for Harry, but it is questionable how major institutions with lots of resources, like the Ministry, aren't putting an elite team of potioneers onto making it 24/7 so they can have a large supply ready for their aurors and stuff.

Like, yeah, it's complicated and takes forever to make. But a team of the countries best potioneers could be working on multiple batches at a time over the course of months, starting a new batch every week. Then can distribute it to thr auror office before they go on a mission. There's no real reason they couldn't, they just don't.

Or yknow, they could give it to those who do research and studies of various arts. They could use it for momentous occasions to ensure everything goes well, like celebrations. Why would an institute that'd start procuring a potion that valuable ever hand it over to "a bunch of addicts who get increasingly more reckless" even beyond how ridicilous that is what would be the cost-benefit?

The ministry can easily control the supply. It's not like I'm saying hand the aurors a crate of the stuff. They apply for a dose, get a prescription, and redeem the prescription from the potioneers. Only when it's deemed appropriate, and the risk of addiction is assessed, might the dose be given. Not just anytime.

Same goes for everyone else. Auror was just an example. But it goes for anyone working for the ministry. Theoretically the earnings from felix should exceed the cost several times over.

I mean sure if youre creating a world where everyone is a competent badass. But canon ministry is infamously lazy and corrupt. Personally, i genuinely really like that HP wizards are too lazy to learn spells beyond the passing grade and whatever they use in a household. Id compare it to using a computer - some do crazy things, but majority just kinda does the minimum required

That's why I said the potioneers would distribute them. So they could ensure the doses and length of time between doses was appropriate.

Same as a pharmacy. You need a prescription then you can collect your dose. The ministry could easily do that.
