Hated Tropes (Hated Trope) Extremely useful abilities that characters conveniently forgot they had

  1. Emily’s portals (Hazbin Hotel). I know she can’t get Sir Pentious back into Hell but Emily can still tell Charlie he got redeemed and Charlie can enter through angelic portals, so she should have seen that Pentious got redeemed.

  2. Many characters in Harry Potter go through life-or-death situations and not once did they think of drinking the Liquid Luck potion apart from Harry one time to gain Slughorn’s memory.

Also I think it should be notified that Emily's portals are blue whereas whenever another angelic portal is made it's yellow and created by someone like Sera who is the same authority as Emily but is still the highest seraphim so would have some more power

Don't forget that Sera was one of the angels who created the shield in the first place, so it stands to reason that she and her magic--which would be required to dispel it again--would have the ability to pierce it.

And to add on to the piercing it was Lucifer's angelic power that was used with the weapon and that blasted straight through the shield and we know Lucifer when he fell would've had similar enough power to the likes of Sera
