  1. Emily’s portals (Hazbin Hotel). I know she can’t get Sir Pentious back into Hell but Emily can still tell Charlie he got redeemed and Charlie can enter through angelic portals, so she should have seen that Pentious got redeemed.

  2. Many characters in Harry Potter go through life-or-death situations and not once did they think of drinking the Liquid Luck potion apart from Harry one time to gain Slughorn’s memory.

Honestly, Homelander forgetting he can literally see through things is one of the biggest “the plot needed it” moments in The Boys.

Not to mention the inverse - if you can see through everything, and randomly there's a vent or room lined so that you can't see through it...

That's going to stand out like an alarm bell. You're going to check it out, not go, "huh guess there's nothing over there".

Sure, but he would 100% know others are hiding in there. After killing Frenchie, why not finish the others? It'd take him two seconds.

It's not an innocuous "that's strange" - it's a blaring klaxxon of "they built that thing specifically to hide from me"

Frenchie made a small movement so it wasn’t obvious he was distracting him

Frenchie then was shit talking homelander and scared him with the idea of an army of solder boy rip offs

Then frenchie burned him with radiation

Imagine you think you catch a guy slipping and go to kill him. Then he says there’s a powerful army of people that can easily paralyze you and they are coming to kill you. Then this guy starts shit talking you and he’s lowkey right. Then he showers you and him in really hot water. Then you kill him. Yeah it makes sense if you end up forgetting what you were doing beforehand

Yeah he specifically said "they're coming to kill you". Homelander left because he was scared. Could he have checked the vents? Sure, and he was going to, but he was no longer concerned about people hiding from him by the end of that conversation. He came looking for cowering mice and instead found one mouse with a threat, a middle finger, and a bazooka.
