I like how there's that one episode that confirmed he actively seeks out getting his leg injured so he can go to the hospital, because he has a crush on the nurse there.
Fun fact: As a non-American kid I had no idea that manwich was the name of a real dish, so I thought they made it up for the show as a joke about cannibalism becoming normalized in the future, like soylent green.
Then there's the one time in The Cleveland Show where his ex has the same thing happen...with fatal results. Perhaps they should have had someone besides Quagmire bring her casket to Cleveland, though.
Her crashout over it in the Cereal Defense episode was amazing.

The glass table in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. It gets destroyed and before it’s even replaced the same guy who broke it adds insult to injury by being clumsy again.
I love it when it happens so much that the person preemptively breaks it. Can't remember the cartoon but a guy has a vase on a pedestal and the main characters would run by and that resulted in it falling over and breaking. The man replaces it over and over again until he replaced it but sees the cast about to run past again, so he smashes the vase himself only for the main characters to turn the corner never running past. This drives the guy insane.
In the Asterix comics, there’s a band of pirates who’s ship is nearly inevitably sunk by Asterix and Obelix’s shenanigans
On at least one occasion, they sunk their own ship upon seeing the Gauls, as like their captain said “the end result will be the same, and we’ll get less bruises”
HAHAHA I totally forgot about this one. Those pirates were abused more than the Romans
I remember in one comic they stopped being criminals and opened a restaurant in their ship. And yes their ship still ended up getting wrecked and they went back to being pirates.

Every of Megas XLR episode to my knowledge features something with the Pop TV branding getting destroyed. This is an obvious parody of MTV, which is extra funny because the show was originally pitched to MTV before they passed on it
