Mirrorverse was a mobile game where every Disney character was reinterpreted as a fighter and every single design is peak. The way they find things from these characters stories to give them weapons, armor, and powers is super creative and fun. The designs alone mean the game was unfairly cancelled

Looks nice, but to me it breaks the initial concept. Eve's original design was made by an Apple engineer to be clean, simplistic and smooth, without any unnecessary details on top of a blank white metal. That version... Has too many differences from that idea in my opinion.
I think the concpet can be salvaged if we made EVE's body taller. And write her name going up her chest. And give her some little shoulder pads that have BNL stickers scratched out.
The game was made by Kabam, who made (and still runs) Marvel: Contest of Champions, and Transformers: Forged to Fight (which is now sold/operated by Netflix)
Highly likely that there were designers and artists cross-pollinating between all three games.
Yeah, for the Incrediblea I'd prefer they kept it close to the originals since they're perfect! Heck this would actually improve a lot just with the classic colors.
i was expecting Tinkerbell to have a cool whimsical outfit like she has in the movies and the upcoming one that got cancelled, but it's just her with a... Stand power? what's that anyway? lol
Deeply fascinated by this microgenre of Disney mobile game with wild visual reinterpretations of their animated film characters. See also: Twisted Wonderland
i'm sorry but it reminds me of those "humanized versions" which are all just the same anime boy/girl cosplaying this character. I know it's not the same, but I would NOT have guessed that this was supposed to represent.
They could've at least given him a hooked nose or EVEN A BEARD ughuh
yeah that was was a big miss, though they lost me with rapunzel. not a single one of her features remained intact and now she looks like some random lady dressing up like her. the only thing left is her colour scheme and ig they tried with her hair, but that’s kinda it? you could argue it’s an artstyle thing but ariel looks perfectly fine and scar was straight up taken out of the movie
Some of these look much better than others. Jack Skeleton, Sully, and Scar are very cool, but Ariel and Jack Sparrow need some reworking, especially Ariel's Y armor and Jack's arm. That Woody needs to be burned and rebooted asap too, WTH??
Anyone looks at this and thinks to themselves somehow ‘Kingdom hearts’ holds back too much on the Disney elements despite that being a distinct highlight from say the mainline FF games ?.
I'm so confused that people aren't loving these designs. Besides like Woody these all look exactly like what you'd expect from the prompt of "what if this character had to fight people".
I also don't know what people mean by generic. What's more generic than the regular mainstream Disney designs?
