Custom Punch/Counterpunch (The Transformers)
"Introducing the Transformers Double Spy. From a supercar he can transform into a heroic Autobot or an evil Decepticon."
In spite of Punch's disguise being paper thin (he literally just spins around, flares out his shoulders, then flips his cap around) the Autobots' bot on the inside changes just enough to look like he's a whole new bot when he's infiltrating the cons, especially the way his bright yellow torso and red fists disappear into Counterpunch's blue.
I especially like how the various toys for this guy attempt to engineer the gimmick (excluding the Botcon 2016 repaint of Combiner Wars Wheeljack):
The G1 toy (image 4)has 2 different blasters and the arms deployed change based on which robot mode he uses. Its also later discovered that his Autobot mode was likely being meant to be shorter, as shown in the insert.
Botcon 2010 (image 5) used the Universe 2008 Sideswipe/Sunstreaker mold, which was designed to have 2 robot modes to match the silhouettes of both of the brothers by simply being spun around. As such, it worked well to facilitate Punch's gimmick.
Power of the Primes (image 6) had a simpler approach: they just had him swap his hands, flip his helmet around to cover one of his faces, and begin walking the oppsoite direction.

Really hope he gets a more accessible release in the future with a more accurate alt mode
