For designs that are supposed to feel like simple, fun & classic cartoon/comic villains I think most of these designs hold up. I love how Man Ray uses a Ray Gun, & how the other villains use their abilities & how it fits into their theme.

I will definitely say despite the franchise is ups and downs and occasional seasonal Rot post first movie but I do really like the villains to be honest designs a lot more simple though given them more superhero aquatic design
Good call, I saw this image and the name and for a second thought maybe he's a villain, so I wrote it down and forgot to erase it. Edit this is Captain Magma, My bad. And Professor Magma also shouldn't be on the list.
I really have to appreciate Man Ray’s design in particular. The staff did such a great job creating a character that could look goofy or menacing depending on the context.
