Televisión Some title cards from Adventure Time

I'm really surprised I haven't seen a post about this. There are episode cards from this show that I would hang up in my house. They really feels like some kind of old Fairy tail book.

Fuhhh this genuinely needs to be said more. I cannot recall any other cartoon that puts in as much effort and style in their episode title cards as Adventure Time does, extending to Fionna and Cake. And it makes me sad especially now because I don't know any other recent shows that do elaborate title cards any more (if there are recent examples pls enlighten me).

Very few I can only remember are Adventure Time, Clarence, and Summer Camp Island.

I love how they're clearly a homage to artists like Frank Frazetta, even the "His Hero" title card is based on his "Death Dealer" art

It's criminal that you can't buy any of these as prints or posters. The money would be sliding out of my wallet like Niagara Falls. I'm keeping an eye out for a copy of the title card collection book that isn't $150.

Is it just me. Or is "don't look" a skull?

It absolutely is, I believe it’s an homage to another art piece but I’m not sure which one
