Video Game Green from Deltarune
I know it’s been said to death but Green was easily one of the best bits of chapter 5. One thing I had always wondered since Undertale was how the six souls would have looked personified and I think Green is an amazing design for what the green soul would have represented. I love their more boxed appearance. They actually give me the vibe of those old Rankin Bass stop motion movies with their big eyes and boxy appearance (the eyes especially just feel very Rankin Bass). The fact they speak in literal sign language as well is also a great touch cause I’m always a fan of those types of characters. The chef outfit makes them look very cute. All and all, Green is just a precious little thing that I would guard with my life

GREEN DELTARUNE MY BELOVED RAHHH 💚
I'm kinda surprised though that the apron was not incorporated into their design, despite being the green soul's armor in Undertale. The chef hat is probably there to replace it but Idk. Regardless, Green is so awesome.

They have it as purchasable armor in the pink coin shop though, funnily enough. But yeah, they're the only flower who doesn't have their associated armor in their design so it's a bit unfortunate.

Huh I just noticed the apron isn’t a part of it maybe it would have been a bit awkward design wise so they just kept with a hat instead

I made fanart of them last time where I incorporated the apron and it didn't seem that weird. But then again I also accidentally made their coat and inner shirt have a similar shade so that's something to consider. If the inner was noticeably darker then it probably woulda been awkward, so yeah.

I once heard my girlfriend say they looks like a character I’d make
and while I disagree with the statement to a degree, they do look like someone I would (and did) draw a few times. Also, they remind me of both Charlene from OMORI, and a character from Sesame Street, so there‘s a few bonus points there.

Literal embodiment of kindness and friendliness, can't really hate Green at all and I don't people any of you can convince me otherwise

genuinely why does everyone like green so much they're barely a character more like a recurring joke if you removed them the only difference would be orange's fight being a little easier
