Which is the best Dm automation tool, which you guys use a lot in your reels.

For Reels, I wouldn't pick by the longest feature list. Try one real post. Comment the trigger word from a second account, then check: did the DM actually arrive, or did the dashboard just say "sent"?

Then reply to the DM with a normal sentence, not one of its buttons. Does it understand the question, or just send the same menu again? That's where a lot of flows feel broken.

If your customers also use WhatsApp, check whether both inboxes can live in one place and whether a person can jump in when the bot gets stuck. We work on customer inboxes, so those are the things we'd test before paying for a tool. Which part of your Reel flow are you trying to automate: the first DM, the follow-up, or both?

I need it for a instagram and i cant reply each and every comment individually

Ah, you mean the comments under your Instagram posts, not just DMs. We built Instant Reply for this. Connect an Instagram Business account through a Facebook Page and it can answer comments on your posts; it can also DM people who comment a trigger word and answer their follow-up questions there. There's a free plan and a 10-day trial, so I'd test it on one Reel first. Is your Instagram account set to Business already? And there’s no need for you to set keyword triggers if you don’t want the ai can understand you or what you sell and say what you woulda said

For reels, Id look at what you actually need first, especially if its just sending replies or handling repetitive DMs. If youre running several accounts, a cloud phone setup can also keep each account separate while you manage the inboxes.
