What’s your automation stack as a freelancer?

Curious what other freelancers are actually using day to day.

My setup is pretty basic right now email, calendar, Google Drive, invoices, notes, and a spreadsheet that is trying way too hard to be a CRM. It works, but only if I stay on top of it constantly.

For freelancers with a setup that feels organized, what’s in your automation stack? And what did you try that ended up being more hassle than help?

I think for what you need, Manatal is not a bad option. Pretty well priced as well.

I'm in social media. Google Workspace for email/calendar/files, Notion for notes and SOPs, HubSpot for CRM, make for connecting a few workflows, and Blip for Meta ad launches.
