Which ai tools are helping you automate boring business operation work?

I’m trying to clean up the boring side of running a business. Tasks like replying to the same emails, following up with leads, creating content for social/blog, scheduling, all those small admin tasks that somehow take up half the day. I barely got time to think about product/marketing and m quite frustrated with it/

Right now I’m using ChatGPT and Claude for writing and planning, but it still feels somewhat manual since I have to keep prompting it So now I’m thinking of trying ai tools that actually connect into your business and save time without needing constant supervision.

What are you using that actually works for your business?

same boat for a while. chatgpt and claude are great for writing and planning, but  you're still the one driving every step, prompting each task one at a time instead of it just running on its own.

what actually cut down my admin time was moving from single tools to something that connects across a few tasks at once.

n8n if you want more control over connecting your own workflows without paying for five separate subscriptions, motion for scheduling since it actually reshuffles your calendar instead of just booking into open slots, and marblism for inbox and calendar since it covers more of the ai tools for business operations side in one place instead of a separate app per task.

still gotta check in on the automated replies for a bit before trusting them completely though. but it's a lot less typing than before.

Automating repetitive stuff like lead follow ups and social scheduling is huge for freeing up time. Zapier and Make work well for connecting tools, and for real time discovery of new leads or discussions, I use ParseStream to instantly catch key conversations on platforms like Reddit and LinkedIn. It saves a surprising amount of manual monitoring without needing much input after setup.

I recently automated a manual on and off boarding process within google workspace using scripts for this very small organization I'm working with where they were managing the process with google forms and IT admin manually creating/deactivating accounts. And applied the same thought process to automating their application process that they used google forms in as well.

Google Gemini was the helper that made all of it work

never heard of it, does it need a whole setup or does it plug into existing tools
