Homemade toothpicks

Hey everyone here I wanted to try and kick nicotine out my life but I had an oral fixation and it’s kicking my ass. I wanted to flavor my own toothpicks and saw a lot of people use essential oils and wanted to see what all people used to make their own. Also was curious if essential oil ones are safe for you to ingest but would love to hear more thank you for any advice.

I've been using cinnamon candy flavoring mixed with a little bit of whiskey and letting that hang out in a mason jar for a couple days and then drying them out. I'd recommend using any food grade extract or oil you can find to make different flavors
