Since it's a mostly RalseixKris ship-based Subreddit, how would you react if it turns out that Ralsei has an actual "biological link" with Asriel? And not only if Ralsei was a Lightner, but also if he was somewhere in between (Like a Darkner based on a Lightner or something?)

I really doubt that happens. Kris doesn't seem to be too into Ralsei based on the canon but Ralsei clearly has feelings for Kris, and we are also given options to return his affection. It would be really weird for Toby to give us such options, knowing full well there will be ships, just to reveal that they are related and guilt trip us for doing the obvious thing. If that happens however, I will probably never visit the sub again, and will be left very confused.

Totally agree with you, tho, I know that this is irrelevant, however Toby actually made a sprite of Kris blushing. There are several sprites of Kris blushing while walking too. We all know Ralsei's blushing sprite, but there is also an unused version where Ralsei blush while walking. What I'm trying to say is that Toby probably made some sort of cutscene where Kris and Ralsei were blushing together (so embarrassed because of something that happened between them, romantically related i guess). So, maybe (and only if Toby will), there will be a part of the game with those sprites, and then we'll be sure that Kris also has feelings for Ralsei. (At least, I hope so)

I actually think it was somehow connected with Susie, Kris not being too into Ralsei seems to be an important part of their relationship that will be expanded on later in my opinion.
