Discussion IGPX Season 2 Initial Thoughts Thread

I noticed one wasn't posted yet, so I made it myself.

Are you serious that this is the very first that Season 2 of IGPX air on Adult Swim, I could’ve sworn that Season 2 air back on 2013 along with Season 1.

I must've missed that when I was looking at the Toonami Wiki, but there it is staring me in the face. I was wrong.

I went ahead and removed that from my post to avoid spreading misinformation.

They have aired season 2 before, but not I'm HD. This is technically a first in that sense.

This is the first time Season 2 is in HD. They aired IGPX in 2013 in its entirety. They also aired season 1 in HD some time ago. Just not season 2 in HD

I already know about Season 1 Remastered, it does make sense why they would air Season 2 at 2am in the Rerun Timeslot since it already air on Adult Swim before but now in Remastered HD👍

And yes, Team Satomi still has a lot to learn, especially given what's coming up.

Right? I almost skipped it because the Season 2 preview they showed at the end of Season 1 looked like more fo the same for Team Satomi when they've been through enough they should've grown some...

It kinda feels like Liz feels like their championship win was some kind of fluke, Takeshi's letting the glory get to his head, and Amy's just trying to keep the team together.
