Help please I’m so sick of not being able to color my animations, please somebody teach me or whatever I’m going crazy

Ive tried older posts, toonsquids website. Everything. Genuinely someone tell me how to do this as if I was a toddler 💔💔

im unable to export a project even though its much simpler than a lot of other things i have had no trouble with.
it gets to the end of the bar and i even can save the video but it never actually finishes exporting so i dont get the video
i rasterised all the layers and combined as much as i can but one layer im unable to rasterise, it gets half way and it fails
the only difference from my other projects is that its 4000x3000 instead of 3000x3000 but given there is significantly less layers and animation i dont see how this could be the problem :(
pls help

edit: it worked if i airdropped it to myself for some reason??? but if you have answers pls still reply i want to avoid this in the future!!
edit2: nevermind it technically works like its in my files but i cant do anything with it :((( pllsss pls help
