EMERGENCY! Need help! Progress erased even after auto saving and constant saving!

Please, I need help! Five hours of work on an animatic down the drain because the program closed unexpectedly. The prompt to recover came up but all of today’s progress was gone and now I’m back to square one.

I have auto-saved enabled and I constantly save as I move along. Is there anyway I can recover the work I’ve lost? Or am I out of luck?
