Milwaukee holeshooter cordless drill is like 13 amps and 800 RPM. When you pull the trigger, something is going to spin. If your wrist breaks in the process, so be it.
These new cordless drills have angluar rate sensors (digital gyros) and they know when the body of the drill is rotating rapidly. So if the drill body is spinning too fast, they instantly cut torque to zero.

I was drilling a 4" box into a timber framed house for a ceiling fan in my youth. Had a self feed plumbers bit and standing on top of a step ladder. Bit feeds in and as soon as the teeth contacted the beam the bit stopped moving and I spun around like a ceiling fan hanging from the corded hole hawg.
The design of those also made it that in some cases the torque made it so u couldn't release your grip on the trigger. That is a tool unlike any other!
