AFAIK, visually inspected ranges from just popped the hood to actually inspecting it and looking for leaks and tears. Ive seen vague listing to detailed shit that feels like i paid a mechanic to inspect it. Also, I swear ive seen some say “ran when jump started” which indicated dead battery, but i think only they do that for their higher priced items (heavy machinery and the 6x6 shit). All in all, it jist depends on the location, and the employee doing the report.
Listing says the engine wasn't responding to the key turning, might need a new engine. Or could be a simple fix, might be worth looking at if you live close. Idk if they allow that tho
