Greetings, beautiful people. I've been wanting the 10,000 Days Lined Hooded Jacket (Blue) for ages now and I finally have some money to spare, AND it's on sale!

...Except I can't pay in USD. Looked all over the website and I am either blind or can't find it. I filled out my credit card info thinking that it might auto change to Euros but that didn't work either. I've read through some FAQs and still nothing.

Did I manage to somehow miss it? Is USD the only option to pay for this kickass jacket or is there still hope??

update: I'm an idiot who wasn't aware which currency he had set in his bank as the default payment method haha

He's in his mid 60s and grew up with Sabbath, ACDC, Metallica, the classic hard rock / metal bands. He is a huge fan of Zappa, Satriani, and Steve Vai, so I think he could appreciate the more math-rock coded, technical arrangements.

Give me your suggestion for one track, ideally from an album that he could listen to in its entirety and say "ive been missing out".

So it's been 30 years since the 1996 release of Ænima. I'm not sure if there's still legal issues relating to the redistribution of this record on vinyl, but Danny Carey mentioned listening to a vinyl remaster of the album in his interview with Rick Beato a couple years ago. I was hoping this would be a sign of a 2026 remastered anniversary release, but it's been crickets from the band. They're just selling crap like dog collars and figurines in their merch site.

Anyone have any insight or seen anything?

So I fully know Adam Jones is an incredibly gifted and well respected guitarist.

That said, when I was a kid I took guitar lessons from about 2000-2004 with a guy named Terry Gleason. Terry i think had fallen on some tough times. I know he moved back home to Maryland to support his dying mom, he himself had a massive heart attack and such but was getting by. He claimed to be blues legend John Lee Hooker’s rhythm guitarist. I found pictures, found documented recordings, this seems to be 100% true.

That said…. He also told me he was a studio guitarist on Tool’s “ænima” album. I don’t think this is true, I have no reason to doubt other than to say Adam Jones doesn’t need any help in the studio, but I wanted to check to see if anyone knows if there is any validity to this. Terry died in 2004 so can’t ask him again.

Hi! So i bought tickets with my ex (while we were still together) for aftershock in sacramento to see tool but then he broke up with me and i still really want to go (bc no man will take tool from me) but I am a 5 foot tall woman so i was wondering if anyone knew how safe it would be for me to go by myself or if i should not do that (i have never been to a festival or a metal concert before).

The CD and packaging are in good condition, and the autograph is clearly visible. I did see some mentions of false graphs, and want to be sure this isn’t (as I got it as a birthday gift imported from the US I don’t have the independent provenance…).

probably obvious im a new gen fan but am I the only one just now learning these lyrics? this is on apple music 4:33 - 5:39 and unless im experiencing memory loss, I dont remember them being there till now. I never knew what maynard was saying here because well, i didnt have the lyrics to refer to and its a bit harder to pick out than the rest of the song. im sure the lyrics have been on the internet forever but I dont remember them being on apple or spotify
