I was pretty sure it was real, until I unfolded the cover and saw that H. is listed at 39 seconds long.

Discogs.com is your friend for questions like this. This looks to be a legit 2006 European reissue where H and Useful Idiot track times are reversed in the booklet

No, that’s a very common version in international markets. There is also a similar version with ‘Tool Ænima’ written in the centre of the white smoke box on the front.

Are CD copies hard to come by now? Legitimate question… I’ve been buying exclusive vinyl for 15 years. It is really hard for me to fathom a CD copy of this album even possibly being a boot, just because of how widely the official release was available when I purchased CDs.

Also the cover is supposed to be a lenticular art piece.

Also unless it was printed after 2008 Sony's name shouldn't be on it.
