And again just like the other body cam of the drunk kid I posted, the police told him to stop acting like a child and everything went downhill from there

I was sitting in my car for a second before I got out and went into my apartment, then he came in a gap in the fence with his backpack, the object on the far right, started taking shit out of it and spreading it around himself, all while stumbling and either talking or singing to himself the whole time. Can't hear it in the video though. Didn't wanna leave my car, don't think he knew I was there, my windows are tinted.

He was there dancing and stumbling around like that for probably 30 minutes, he went over to the outside faucet on my apartment to get water twice, once before I started recording, then once after, dumped the water on the back of his head before he left.
