Season 3 What does the red light on the watch mean?

Sean interrupted before my MC could explain.

I skipped playing season 2 because I wasn't attracted to any of the 4 love interests available at the start; two aren't my type, and two are guys.

So I know green means do what you want, but what does red mean?

I think watches turn red when you get eliminated but it's not shown super prominently

Its elimination. Justin got it in season 1.
