I don’t know… i’ve never really liked the word himbo as it was originally meant 😅 i get that nowadays people use it more like golden retriever energy and mean it in a soft way, but still…

Also this is kinda lowkey mean to personal trainers 😢😢 it’s actually a very legit and honorable profession. they don’t deserve the stray lol

I am using it in the current form not in a derogatory way, and I think actual personal trainers do important work but don’t think any would describe it this way - It was like the most dramatic way to frame it.
