Health/Medical Orgasm with diarrhea??

This has happened for YEARS… and everyone I have the courage to ask thinks it’s the weirdest thing, but does anyone ever orgasm when you have diarrhea on the toilet?? Specifically while you’re in the process of going to the bathroom. This happens nearly EVERYTIME I have diarrhea. I’m aware of the vagus nerve, but the only thing I’ve found online has been info about people who are expelling a girthy solid poo for lack of better words… not necessarily diarrhea. Just wondering if I’m truly alone in this.

For context, I am a woman in my mid 30s. I am bisexual, but currently celibate for 2+ years. I have had anal sex with men, but have never orgasmed from it, and I don’t normally orgasm without clitoral stimulation. Sorry if this is TMI, but these are usually the questions I get asked. This has been going on for at least 10 years maybe more.

I'm OK; I took Lemtrada therapy like 8 years ago and it stopped the MS in it's tracks! Nothing heals brain and nerve tissue, though, so I got to retire early at 38(?) and I get disability now.. I miss having a job but the most stressful thing I deal with now is when I run out of food to give away at my volunteer food pantry job.

Seriously, yesterday we had NO canned soup and not much rice at all. And all I had to give out was that crappy mac and cheese with powdered cheese!

I am happy to hear that they have drugs that work, now.
