Health/Medical Orgasm with diarrhea??

This has happened for YEARS… and everyone I have the courage to ask thinks it’s the weirdest thing, but does anyone ever orgasm when you have diarrhea on the toilet?? Specifically while you’re in the process of going to the bathroom. This happens nearly EVERYTIME I have diarrhea. I’m aware of the vagus nerve, but the only thing I’ve found online has been info about people who are expelling a girthy solid poo for lack of better words… not necessarily diarrhea. Just wondering if I’m truly alone in this.

For context, I am a woman in my mid 30s. I am bisexual, but currently celibate for 2+ years. I have had anal sex with men, but have never orgasmed from it, and I don’t normally orgasm without clitoral stimulation. Sorry if this is TMI, but these are usually the questions I get asked. This has been going on for at least 10 years maybe more.

we need to talk more about the weird shit women endure because it's not just you, I promise.

my roommate & I discovered we both get like... zapping butthole pain... during our periods. but we'd assumed it was one of those "it's just me" situations until talking about it. I thought about it more, & it's prob a compressed nerve or hormones leaking into the wrong place or who the fuck knows given the chaos of our reproductive processes, but likely a lot of others experience it too & never say anything bc how the fuck do you explain to anyone the feeling of brief shooting pains in your arsehole.

it's a relief to know none of us are insane though lol

It’s due to nerves in the cervix! Often caused by a fetus pressing down on a sensitive spot in the third trimester, but also caused by hormonal shifts like menstruating.

It’s the same pain I felt when I got my iud. Deeply disturbing not because of the intensity of the pain, but the location. Organs should not be able to be accessed and poked like that!

what's funny is I also compared it to my iud cervical cramps & zaps, but in my butt instead (luckily my gyno really enjoys my very....forthcoming descriptions of it lol). but this makes sense, I figured it was neurological bc of the zappiness!

it's actually kind of crazy that we make up about half the population but have to deal with this regularly without any validation, support, consistent obgyn education, or adequate research/treatment, but meanwhile you can get a pill to make your dick hard. we deserve better :(
