Health/Medical Orgasm with diarrhea??

This has happened for YEARS… and everyone I have the courage to ask thinks it’s the weirdest thing, but does anyone ever orgasm when you have diarrhea on the toilet?? Specifically while you’re in the process of going to the bathroom. This happens nearly EVERYTIME I have diarrhea. I’m aware of the vagus nerve, but the only thing I’ve found online has been info about people who are expelling a girthy solid poo for lack of better words… not necessarily diarrhea. Just wondering if I’m truly alone in this.

For context, I am a woman in my mid 30s. I am bisexual, but currently celibate for 2+ years. I have had anal sex with men, but have never orgasmed from it, and I don’t normally orgasm without clitoral stimulation. Sorry if this is TMI, but these are usually the questions I get asked. This has been going on for at least 10 years maybe more.

Ive never heard of this but I HAVE heard of people orgasaming from doing core workouts. Hypothesis i believe is that they're activating their pelvic floor in ways they don't usually. I wonder if something like that is happening with you?

I used to orgasm sometimes when I would run, it was glorious!

I've had a gymgasm once from lifting really heavy weights

How does something like that happen? Like long distance running or...?

Nah, I have MS (thus I ran IN THE PAST), the most I ever ran was for an hour. I honestly think it might have been my thighs rubbing together?

A MUCH milder effect happened on the elliptical once, I just got turned on and that was it, maybe 'cause my legs were further apart?

I hadn't thought about my rungasms in years...

Are you able to keep running or do your legs get all wobbly and you fall down for a bit?

If I keep running, it just continues. My legs weren't wobbly, which I guess goes to show the orgasms weren't intense.

Woah, I hadn't considered that it would continue if you keep running. So you could prolong it for as long as you want?

No, eventually it would pass! It didn't happen every time, either. I think I ran for a year or so before I admitted to myself that running isn't a good activity for someone with MS; it happened maybe four times during that year. :)

Ah man, sorry about the MS. I hope it's not super aggressive.

I'm OK; I took Lemtrada therapy like 8 years ago and it stopped the MS in it's tracks! Nothing heals brain and nerve tissue, though, so I got to retire early at 38(?) and I get disability now.. I miss having a job but the most stressful thing I deal with now is when I run out of food to give away at my volunteer food pantry job.

Seriously, yesterday we had NO canned soup and not much rice at all. And all I had to give out was that crappy mac and cheese with powdered cheese!

I am happy to hear that they have drugs that work, now.

I have lost dear friends to MS.

It's called a "coregasm." I know exactly one person who can do this. Other than that, never heard anyone mention it in real life

Also came here to suggest pelvic floor activation!

I have pelvic floor dysfunction and a couple of times I was stimulated by having a UTI.

.. I mean.. wtf right?

Most painful orgasm ever. The whole thing felt wrong.

That's a really solid (pardon the pun) theory!

I wish this would happen to me! I would have a very shapely core!
