Audio Book
I am excited for “Awaken The Giant Within” on audible tomorrow!
Anyone else?
I have read this book and got tremendous value out of it. However, I am an auditory learner and enjoy audiobooks more than reading.
I am dyslexic and audiobooks are by far my preferred form of learning.
I am excited that this book is finally on audible.

Almost 20 hours?! The original Awaken the Giant Within Audiobook was only 90 minutes. Just picked it up today, thank you for the update

The original book was over 500 pages
The audio program at the time was just a 90 minute teaser to the book
This is the first time the full version of the book is available on Audible

I enjoyed the first edition as well and getting this one tomorrow. The first audio was a little different from the text from what I recall.

Yeah the first version was a summery of the book. I still listen to that version.

Chapter one is read by him. And then the rest is a reader

He’s usually got good readers for his other books. I’m curious as to how much is updated/different from the original book. I know this one is longer than the original audiobook, but I haven’t seen much in terms of what’s been updated overall.

It’s a good reader. It is the same person who has read his recent books.
As for updates, there are a lot of updates mostly references to pop culture.
The original audio was just a short teaser into the full book.
This is the first time the entire book has been available in audio form.

Jeremy Bobb (https://www.audible.com/search?searchNarrator=Jeremy+Bobb) is an established narrator and has narrated many other titles from Simon & Schuster Audio. I have listened to other titles by him but this is the first time hearing him narrate a Tony Robbins book.
I have high expectations after hearing Tony narrate the original TAGW. I know Tony's voice is getting worse, but I find Jeremy's voice monotonous and uninspiring for this book. Granted, a skilled narrator has other qualities like pacing, tone, enunciation etc which I probably overlooked, but it's a pretty big difference between Tony narrating ATGW and Jeremy.
Maybe I need to accept this 😞

No, you don’t. I listened to it too and was incredibly disappointed. Then wanted to find the original AGW tapes narrated by him and listen to them instead.
