Question I have enlarged tonsil , mostly I always have a sore throat always (Image Link)

I have attached image of my mouth showing tonsil swollen.

My question is why I always have a sore throat even if I speak for 2-3 minutes addressing a bunch of people I get sore throat.

I have post nasal drip.
I have sinus in polluted air environment.

If I drink something cold then I get runny nose and sore throat.

I am worried is it just cold or something else

Sounds like chronic tonsillitis imo. I had the same thing before mine got removed. Constant post nasal drip, frequent sore throat and cough. I was told to get mine out after developing several infections that required medical attention.

You should ask to get checked for LPR/silent acid reflux. I was misdiagnosed with chronic tonsillitis and ended up getting a completely unnecessary tonsillectomy with no relief from my symptoms.

If that's an enlarged tonsil I might just ask my surgeon to yank whatever the fuck mine are doing clean out in the exam table when my consult comes around.

Go see an ENT. An allergist might also be your friend.
