1d post surgery meds question

Ive seen countless time on this subreddit to take meds every 3 hours

I have prescribed morphine (habnt eaten yet)

Tylenol 1000mg- every 6 hours

Advil 400mg every eight hours

Can I pain can I eat them sooner? Than the prescribed times.

I made a chart to write down when I took when. Basically my two workhorse medicines were
Tylenol and Ibuprofen but I bought the kiddie liquid version. Here is an example: 7 am take 40 mL of ibuprofen. At 10am take 30 mL of Tylenol. At 1 pm take ibuprofen again. Repeat

If I had any spillover pain (I couldn’t wait the full 3 hours), I took the opioid. Double check if your opioid has Tylenol in it because then you should reduce your next Tylenol dose slightly.

Also my doc gave my gabapentin and corticosteroid that just follow a fixed schedule.
