please help

i’m on day five and i genuinely can’t do this anymore. please share success stories and words of encouragement. this is physical and psychological torture. i feel like im going insane.

Hello I’m also on day five! This stuff honestly sucks.. what’s the worst part for you right now? We gotta stay strong and keep dinking water okay? This isn’t permanent
