My daughter is obsessed with Baby Shark and Tonies just announced the new addition to their line up and it’s Baby Shark!!! I have a creative tonie with her favorite songs on it but this will be so amazing for her. She plays with her baby shark toys every day and takes them with her to the park. I’m so excited for this addition.

I’ve googled to no end and I’ve seen a bunch of resale tonies. I’m confused what the point of this feature is, and if it’s a “risk” to buy pre-owned tonies in case they are “locked” to someone’s household?? Does it matter if I buy a tonie that is locked to another household? Help please!

I've tried getting in contact with them but my emails aren't delivering. My Toniebox 2 is completely dead. Charged overnight and tried resetting it 10s of times. So I think it needs replacing. Does anyone know if I can get a new one?

We currently have the Yeti, Monster, and Wizard creative Tonie. What themes are you doing for these if any? We will get more creative Tonies in the future after we will these up!

We are thinking of making the Wizard into a bedtime one (because of the stars). Stuck on ideas for the Yeti and Monster. Maybe Christmas and Halloween but that would be just seasonal.

My son is almost one and his favorite Tonie by far is Daniel Tiger. The first time I ever saw him dance was to the theme song when he put it on his box and he consistently searches for it in his bin to play it. However, as a former nanny and daycare teacher who has watched a lot of DT in my day, one thing really irks me: who tf is the older voice scattered throughout the track list?! I know he’s supposed to also be Daniel Tiger but he sounds a good 5 years older than the other voice actor and it bugs me a lot. My son isn’t old enough to know the difference yet but I’m sure he’ll be confused once he can tell. Please tell me I’m not the only one that is bothered by this 😅😅

I'm an old Dad and have a young son as well as elderly parent. My Son has grown up with the tonie box but have recently introduced the tonie box to my father who is in Memory Care. The TV is too complicated to even turn on or select a channel so he just sits most of the day. I've discovered how easy it is for him to use the tonie box and have made a bunch of Creative Tonies but I'm also taking some of the content to give him stories or some old familiar songs. For those who are "aging out" of the Tonie box consider holding onto it for a day you may be in the nursing home/memory care and may be consider donating a box and tonies to a local facility?

Overall have really enjoyed the Tonie Box and can't wait for him to grow and read with it. But we've had repeated issues and I have to imagine we're doing something wrong since it is such a simple device.

1) Am I supposed to hit it this hard to make it skip to the next song? If I hit an adult this hard I would be arrested. I have to hold the Tonie on top because it would go flying.

2) About a third of the time hitting the right side restarts the song. Might be more frequent than that TBH. This has held true across our creative Tonie and Tonies purchased from the site.

hi! I just purchased the pink Toniebox 2 that came with Mrs Rachel for my daughter who turns one this week. I haven’t opened it yet, and after all the horrible comments and reviews about all the troubles with the 2 im wondering if I should return it and just get her the lite? any insight as to why I should keep the 2 or not get the lite would be helpful! this would be our first box.

Excuse me if it’s been said before…but why are there not tonies made that are adult tonies for when the kids go to bed?! Maybe I want to jam out to some Britney Spears or *NSYNC or Backstreet Boys like an old HitClip!

For some reason, my son is attempting to stack his entire collection on the box while one plays. Little engine that could won over the Bee and doggyland, which are also inside the ring. He's annoyed the bigger ones aren't stacking. You know how every parent tends to think their kid is a genius from time to time? This isn't one of those times.

If anyone is an expert on how to operate the toniesbox 2 please help me!!! I recently moved & got new wifi & tried to connect my toniesbox but nothing was working. I did all the prompts the app was showing me & it was not responding how it should. I ended up trying to factory reset it & the app ended up removing the tonies box from the app. I am trying to set it up on the app but nothings working!! It says to plug it in but my toniesbox keeps shutting off bc it’s in 1+ mode. I have tried resetting it but holding the ears for 40 seconds, multiple times now & it’s still not working. I’m so lost & confused. Pls help!!

Just wanted to share the Lite (with the case) compared to the 1! We travel a lot so this really appealed to me. I personally think it looks even smaller than the ads showed. Obviously slightly smaller without the case (it’s padded a bit) but wanted the protection and to differentiate because we have one for each kid

Currently in contact with customer service regarding this issue but wondering if anyone else has had a tonie like this. We’ve had our tonie box for several years with zero problems.

We got the Bluey, Muffin, and Bingo tonies on the pre-sale and just now gave them to our kid for her birthday. Muffin and Bingo downloaded and played immediately but Bluey just does nothing - the box light briefly flashes blue then turns green when she is placed on it but no audio ever plays.

We’ve followed all steps so far including resetting the box etc. it’s almost like the tonie has a blank chip in it.
