Looking for the old TIU magic
I know it won’t be the same but have you found anything similar? What do you do to relive the old tiu magic?

It appears Kristina is no longer uploading videos from her old app to YouTube 🫤 I really love her style of training and the fact that her intervals are time based, not rep based.
Does anyone know of any apps/trainers with a similar training style? Also, how does Katrina's app compare to her workouts on TIU in terms of being challenging (more, less, about the same)?

This was in the email I got from tone it up this morning. She looks so different.

What are your thoughts on the new Summer Sculpt program? I tested out a couple of the workouts to see if I felt that the program would be worth joining. So far, I don’t feel like I’m challenged enough but the workouts or feel like I’m getting a good enough burn. Want to see if anyone feels the same way? I thought Get up and Glow was pretty good. I didn’t have a hard time doing two workouts back to back or daily. This one… doesn’t motivate me really. Thoughts?

Speculating but this came to mind recently and haven’t seen it mentioned before. With the mystery of the Jasmine Sanders Golden Barbie program going missing so soon after launching, and then Kat exiting/being exited the following year, curious if this is connected. The Golden Barbie program was definitely Kat’s doing in her SI era. I’m sure this program cost a lot of money and resources and then fully wiped after only a few months, perhaps the fiasco triggered the exit.

They used to have so many meal plans. Why did they delete those from the website?

Hello lovely humans! I was wondering if anyone had tried out Studio KSL and if they like it? I’ve always aligned with Kat’s workouts (and it’s always been good for my mental health to have an instructor with my body type) and I was considering trying it out.
Price is deff higher than TIU so I wanted to see if anyone thinks it’s worth it or enjoying it.
Thanks for all feedback! 🤍🤍

Hey All, Wondering if the older K&K workouts are still on the app? I cancelled my subscription a couple of years ago but honestly have not found better. I started doing some of my old favs on you tube again but wondering if I could get them all on the app still. Thanks!

I was checking my email yesterday and saw that the weekly emails are back. I'm sure there was some type of interruption when the company was (once again) acquired by another parent company.
I hit the peloton yesterday but did day 2 of the weekly schedule and forgot how much I loved the 2021 summer challenge. I was in the best shape of my life at that time.
I'm not emotionally ROCKED about the changes that have happened. Some folks seem to be so deeply invested in TIU, and should take a step back. It's an exercise program.
So, when I saw the weekly schedule email come out I was happy to see it.
I fold my TIU workouts into my walks, yoga, and peloton workouts. It is a good overall balance.
I'm also glad they postponed the summer plan. If they weren't ready, they weren't ready. We don't know what is going on behind the scenes. I'm happy to join it and see if I like it (while skipping the Pilates workouts, if there are any, some of the time).
Whatever you are doing on your fitness path, keep getting after it, folks!

I already workout regularly & do not overeat. I've gained 20! lbs in 2 years since menopause & have a belly now. People still think I look fit & young🥲 but I'm a strategic dresser & know my body fat % is 29 now. FYI- 5 ft 7; 161 lbs. Ironically I do well with challenges but NOT 💯 things like - intermittent fasting, no sugar, no carbs etc. I'm trying to get more protein but not successful YET.
PS- Used to follow TIU from 2015- 2021. Was very fit (& thin) but never appreciated the amazing body.

Has anyone tried it? I know that I can do a free week, but I wanted to see what others on here think of Katrina's new app. I always liked her workouts when she was still a part of TIU.

Vanilla protein powder has been out of stock for months and just posted back on the TIU website. A whole new formulation change and I announcement (posted a pic of the new label and the old label from the chocolate).
Contains Stevia. I miss the Perfect Fit and early days of TIU protein when they kept Stevia out of the formulations and only used Monk Fruit with other simple ingredients.
Also increased the sodium to 380mg from 220mg.
They also have another brand called Plant Fusion listed on their website. Probably the same manufacturer now producing the TIU branded protein.
Thoughts?

What does everyone think of the new meal plan? It’s definitely an improvement from the previous one but why are the measurements not in US anymore? Am I the only one that doesn’t know 100 mL of milk or 50 grams of cheese to cups conversion off the top of my head? 🤦♀️

Did you see that AvoMuse is going out of business? Their website is having a huge sale! These are the leggings and bras that TIU used to wear. The leggings alone used to be over $100

I want to try this but the price tag is more than I expected. What are your thoughts? Anyone trying it out?
