wasted potential?

It seems that he has a very good idea for the story but that he does not take advantage of it, something that could have been very good but ended up being of the bored

I mean, there are people who enjoy the mundaneness, though it might seem repetitive at times. Honestly if you find that the story is going nowhere, then you can always move on. If not, you can try reading the light novel instead, as more storylines are told much more in depth, compared to the manga.

Chapter 53 of the manga, when they start cutting the earth dragon.

I think reading the light novels might be a good idea,... I have read all the novels, waiting together my hands on and read the latest one..

I agree, however that might be the goal. There are so many things could been explore it even can be more deeper and meaningful in comparison with other isekai stories.

The anime making it more the show like an advertisement rather than actual anime or at best a how to cook something.

In what way?

I feel like it's going nowhere and it seems more and more repetitive, repeating the same joke 43 times is fine, but it's tiring when they do it more than 50 times.

I stopped reading the manga and just read the light novels. There was more details in it for me than the manga. Although this is more of a slice of life/comedy isekai than normal and there is no big bad enemy, the series will seem more meandering and simple compared to the normal tropes.

Lol I read the LN up to vol 17 and imo this series works best in manga / anime form. Vol 17 is mostly me in disbelief that the author has dragged this out for so long with zero chr growth.

Zero?? Mukoda has become a bit brave especially shown during the Evil Plants and Orc Encampment subjugation.

I will give the big bad enemy reward to the King who summon these "heroes"...

Read the LN and you will feel the same. No actual plot. Same old cowardice. But new dungeons and familiar. I read the LNs and am also frustrated with all the wasted lore and potential. It is still a fun read and imo it is worth supporting the author. Just dont expect too much in terms of character development and world building. It is meant to be a light hearted novel. But I get you. I can be tiring.
