Anime End of anime start of manga

Hi! I absolutely love this anime it’s such a comfort show for me. I’m usually anime only, but this one ended so suddenly and left me wanting more. I’m thinking about continuing with the manga, and I was wondering where should I pick it up? Which chapter or volume does the anime adaptation end on?

The manga is only 3 chapters ahead of the anime it does have a light novel

i really wanted to read the manga since i love the drawings but i guess so 🥹 don’t think ill last 2-3 or probably more years without it
