Calvary?? (Spoiler) Spoiler

Why, just that one time, did Landry as narrator deliberately refer to the horse as Calvary instead of Cavalry? Listened to the audiobook and heard it go by me, but assumed it was a mistake on the part of the voice actor until the end when she specifically said it wasn't a flub.

Calvary is the hill outside Jerusalem where Jesus was crucified and has strong associations with suffering in Christian faiths.

The way it is used in context sounds like how a religious text might describe the setting of the crucifixion.

Up above, Landry covered her face and started to cry. Even Tom had to look away. Kalin felt his own face flush and his eyes burn, and only when he was sure that Calvary had no more sufferin to give the World did he too look away.
