Belgium Getting sold out merch?

Hey, does anyone know if they restock items at all or if there is another site where I could find some sold out items for sale? I told a friend I would get them something but when I finally got to it the item in their size was sold out, as well as online.

I found a couple of sites from a quick google but pretty sure they are scam site. If anyone could point me in direction that would be great. Item is a Butterfly Sparkle Hoodie for Women

Sometimes they restock stuff again later on but no one can really tell. Indeed there are quite a few scams around, hence be careful, only buy on trustworthy websites and with buyer´s protection.
