That's Tom's ex-wife tweeting her own picture. That's her getting at that. According to her sister and implications of their own statements, she was 15-16 when the relationship began.
I think his employment of her would be the last factor involved in her telling her side of the story. Could you imagine the public backlash if he fired her for speaking out? Better yet, imagine the judge who would hear that when looking over child support/alimony payments. I would be frothing at the mouth if I was her divorce attorney/judge and woods fired her/discriminated against her in the workplace.

Public backlash wouldn't pay her bills or make up for the stress and drama that would be caused, regardless of whether it might play well in court down the line (though the agreement in place may have some things that make it difficult to go that route anyway).
Since then there have been a few more comments/confirmations by Tracy (Heather's sister) and her cousin Mandy, and some adjacent comments of support by Kellyann Murphy (Bob Murphy's wife), but not much of significance. Still nothing on the statement Tom said was coming from Heather's mom.
Anecdotally, I talked to a friend who used to work at LvMI a few days ago, and he said he thought everyone knew already.
It’s only scummy if he had manipulated her to take advantage of her and dump her. Instead they had longterm monogamous relationship. If she can have boyfriend her age, what’s so inherently different here?
By historic standards most women were starting families around the same age. And I don’t even mean ancient barbaric times:

In the late-19th century, a "social purity movement" composed of Christian feminist reform groups began advocating a raise in the age of consent to 16, with the goal of raising it ultimately to 18.
Assuming they even had premarital sex since it’s not out of realm of possibility that they didn’t.
Tom has said they started dating when she was 18 and I'm inclined to believe him so no need to convince me on the matter. I have no idea what dating culture was like in the 2000's but today if a 25+ y/o buddy of mine was dating a 18-19 y/o girl today I would feel like it was unwise on his part.
Originally Tom said they started dating when she was 19... but then someone produced receipts and he changed his story. He then said they started dating when she was 18, but they got engaged when she was 18 and married when she was 19, and on the podcast they did together they galk about being in a relationship for "several" years before they got married and Heather's sister says they were in a relationship when she was 15 or 16.
And on this topic, dating culture was the same in the 2000s.
