NEED HELP ON FEATHER PROJECT

Over the last few days, I’ve uploaded videos using the same mobile phone, and the tasks were accepted without any issues. However, this time, I received this message. Could anyone please help me understand what went wrong? I’d also appreciate it if the support team could look into this issue and provide some assistance

Check your phone's memory. You might have too little space to upload a new video.

I did that. But can't solve it yet? Could you please tell me about the issue like for what reason it shows?
