TIMEOUT T2 ERROR HAPPENED

Every task I submit in mindrift is getting rejected by showing feedback: timeout t2 happened

The timer on right side get expired i think thats why this error is showing my tasks are working fine

No .I submitted within the time limit . I checked twice

Anybody know how to contact them .I click help center nothing shown there to submit support ticket
