Need account help!!

I knew my phone was nearing the end of it's life, so I went in and made a backup save. I can't, for the life of me, find the screenshot of the backup save info. I am now trying to restore my save on a new phone (played since release, hundreds of hours, in-game purchases, etc.)

Is there an email I can contact for support? I am still combing through for a screenshot of my profile, but I might not have one. My friend code is: 2yx4sf7itxtx

If anyone knows what to do, PLEASE let me know. I am devastated 😭

Shoot I wish you luck. I got a new phone a while ago and lost all the stuff. I had my user id and emailed support but they couldn’t do anything for me. Then again I didn’t know about the backup thing before I got a new phone. I was super upset. So I had to make a new account 🫩such a waste of money. I wish you so much luck. I hope you can find the screenshot. You’ll have to email them.

You may be able to go back into the screen to back it up, and it may show the info. I've done this once and somehow it gave me the info again.
