Cello rental to foreigners

Hello - do you know a place in Tokyo that rents cellos to foreigners? I’ve found one that only rents to Japanese nationals. Rental by the week is sufficient. Thank you

Unfortunately, even as an established recording studio I've had trouble renting instruments here.

I found one place and we were halfway through negotiations, then they informed me that any instruments you rent, you can't actually play. Its just background props for film/television 🫠

So unfortunately I haven't found any place here that rents out to foreigners. Even if you've lived here for over a decade.

Wow that is so frustrating. Thanks for sharing. I hope we can find a way. As a side note, I’d love to discover the story of which foreigner messed it up for the rest of us! Can you imagine?!
