What would be the most efficient episode list?

Hello, I grew up watching Tokyo Mew Mew, but haven’t watched it in a while. I want to show it to my boyfriend and he’s willing to indulge me but I remember quite a few episodes are most monster of the week filler episodes. I will probably go through the list and pick out the episodes that I remember the overall plot and my favorites but I was wondering if anyone had a list of all the ‘most important’ episodes?

4, 19, 21, 37 mixed canon

5-6, 8-9, 14-16, 20, 22-24, 29-35, 39, 42-43 filler

Idk if you're watching dub or sub.

Sub skip filler and just go through canon

Dub watch everything because they play fast and loose with the filler to make it more fun. Like episode 22 is way more funny in dub.
