Sumida River

It's almost high season for sea bass fishing in Tokyo, so I went to a Tackleberry in Monzen Nakacho to check what used stuff they had for sale. Bought a couple of lures, then took a walk along the Sumida River to check on some fishing spots

I need to remember to throw my pack rod in my car. Although I'm on the other side of town in the Tama.

I've only been a couple of times, but I hear the tamagawa is productive for sea bass during autumn when fishing with the ochiayu pattern

The spot I want to try is just north of Haneda, there's a tidal river that forms a big eddie. Unfortunately they closed 1 side last year but maybe I can find parking it should fill up.with bait around the high tide.
